Sundance Village is truly on the mountain, located between the upper portion of Seasons on Mount Snow and the Sundance Ski Trail. Water, sewer and all other utilities (underground) will be in place and ready for you to connect and build your dream ski home.
This proposed, 16 lot subdivision on 10 acres, is in the planning and permitting phase, which we hope to see wrap up soon. Seven of the 16 lots will be directly on the Sundance Trail. An additional 7 lots will have direct ski access (i.e. no roads to cross).
