Sundance Village is truly on the mountain, located between the upper portion of Seasons on Mount Snow and the Sundance Ski Trail. Water, sewer and all other utilities (underground) will be in place and ready for you to connect and build your dream ski home.

This proposed, 14 lot subdivision on 10 acres, is in the planning and permitting phase, which we hope to see wrap up soon. Seven of the 14 lots will be directly on the Sundance Trail. An additional 7 lots will have direct ski access (i.e. no roads to cross). The lots are also located conveniently next to Seasons on Mount Snow and utilizes some shared facilities, including Seasons Drive and amenities (indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, etc. There will be a strict set of design guidelines for owners to follow for the construction of their dream, trailside home. However, the architect and builder can be your own choice.
