MLK Weekend Special:
January 13 - 16, 2012, 3 night minimum
Two bedroom (Lower/Upper): $449 - $474/night.
Three bedroom (Lower/Upper): $699 - $749/night.
Winter 11/12 Rental Rates
Early Season: October 14 to December 15
Late Season: March 25 to April 30
Regular Season: December 16 through March 24 (Excluding Premium Season)
Premium Season: December 26 through January 1 & February 17 through February 23
Daily: Two-night minimum. Available Sunday through Thursday night.
Ski Week: Five-night, non-holiday stay, Check-in Sunday and depart Friday.
Weekend: Two-night stay, Friday & Saturday night.
Holiday(daily): Three night minimum, Four night min. over New Year's Eve.
Rates do not include 10% Vermont Rooms Tax & 5% gratuity.
Seasons ON MOUNT SNOW
Trailside between the Sundance and Carinthia sections of Mount Snow. Living, dining, kitchen, fireplace, washer/dryer. Sports center with indoor pool, exercise room, hot tubs and saunas. Summer amenities feature an outdoor pool, basketball court and two tennis courts.

Lower units are buildings A - F. A - C are ski in, walk to the lift (across the Sundance parking lot) and are right next to the Sports Center. D - F are ski in and a short walk to the trail. Upper units are G - Q and are considered ski in, ski out.

Summer short-term rates (May - October 15)
Short-term rates include basic supplies, linens and use of the sports center. Prices do not include 10% Vermont Rooms Tax, 5% gratuity and cleaning fee.
